Shares of Tata Global Beverages Ltd fall as much as 4.3 per cent to Rs 200.65.
The company on Tuesday reported a 61 per cent fall in Q4 net profit.
On Tuesday, it also said that it would buy the tea business of Dhunseri Tea & Industries Ltd for Rs 101 crores.
