The board of Thirumalai Chemicals has approved the formation of a wholly owned subsidiary in the Netherlands for marketing and distribution of TCL's products in Europe and other countries. The subsidiary in Europe will also handle REACH compliances. The initial investment will be up to €2,00,000. Shares of Thirumalai Chemicals edged up 0.85 per cent at ₹107.15 on the BSE.
