Quess Corp (formerly IKYA Human Capital Solutions), a subsidiary of Thomas Cook (India ), has received the High Court of Karnataka (Bengaluru) approval for the proposed scheme of arrangement between Quess and its wholly owned subsidiaries - Magna Infotech, Avon Facility Management Services and Hofincons Infotech & Industrial Services Pvt Ltd. Shares of Thomas Cook closed at ₹231.3, down 0.69 per cent on the BSE.
