Trust to shed Sundaram Fin shares

Sundaram Finance has informed the stock exchanges that SFL Shares Trust has decided to dispose of 17.37 lakh shares held by it in the company. Therefore, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the company will be closed for promoters, directors, officers and designated employees of the company from February 25 to 24 hours after the information of sale is made public. On Tuesday, shares of Sundaram Finance ended at ₹1,500, down 0.16 per cent, on the NSE.
