Valiant Communications on Tuesday said it has signed a memorandum of understanding with ITI, a government undertaking, for its technology and products in defence and paramilitary space. Shares of BSE-listed Valiant Communications were up 11.6 per cent at ₹90.60. The shares had hit a high of ₹96 in opening hours.
