Shares of VIP Clothing will remain in focus on Wednesday, as its board of directors will meet on Wednesday to consider about the issue price, size, entitlement ratio, fractional entitlement ratio and the record date for determining eligibility of the shareholders to whom the equity shares are to be issued. The company had earlier said it is proposed to raise ₹50 crore through rights issue to meet its working capital expansion.
