The promoters of Welspun India have made an open offer for 2.31 crore shares or 26 per cent stake in the company. The offer price is Rs 54 per share.
The open offer was triggered due to the promoters purchasing 50 lakh shares or 5.61 per cent stake at Rs. 54 each on May 24.
