Poddar Housing and Development has acquired a land parcel admeasuring in the aggregate about 5,800 sq mt at Dhayari, Haveli, Pune. The company is planning a residential housing project on the plot with saleable area of approximately 1.40 lakh sq ft. With the acquisition of the land, the company is expanding its geographical presence from the MMRDA region to other metros, it said in a statement to the exchanges. Shareholders will closely monitor the development.
