WS Industries to close factory at Porur

The board of WS Industries (India) on Friday reviewed the operations of the company and general corporate matters and decided to close the factory at Porur, Chennai, from November 29. The decision followed the continuing suspension of production and settlement of the workforce. Shares of WS Industries slumped 4.95 per cent at ₹3.46 on the BSE.
