The board of directors of Vinati Organics Ltd has approved the allotment of 22,18,525 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each to International Finance Corporation (IFC).
Vinati in an exchange filing said the allotment follows conversion of foreign currency convertible bonds worth $ 5 million and was done on IFC’s request.
