Bank of India has informed the BSE that it has raised ₹2,500 crore through issue of Basel III complaint, and additional Tier-1 bonds by way of private placement of ₹1,250 crore with a green shoe option of ₹1,250 crore.
The bonds will be listed on the wholesale debt market segment of NSE, the bank added.
