Federal Bank organises workshop on customer service

Federal Bank conducted a workshop on customer service. The programme was addressed by Mr F.R.Joseph, Banking Ombudsman of Kerala & Lakshadweep. The workshop was presided by Mr Shyam Srinivasan, MD & CEO of the Bank.

In his speech Mr Joseph explained that it is necessary for banks to understand what the regulator does and for the banks to know how to avoid customers rushing to the Banking Ombudsman for solving issues.

In his presidential address, Mr Shyam Srinivasan said that in the race for excellence there is no finish line. A town hall meeting was also conducted at Federal Towers, Marine Drive, Ernakulam in the afternoon.
