First Leasing to act on forensic audit

First Leasing Company of India Ltd informed the BSE on Wednesday that its board of directors, at its meeting held on July 28, took on record the forensic audit report submitted by RK Raghavan, former director of CBI, and decided to take necessary legal steps. It has also taken on record the notice received from ICICI Bank in the matter of the petition for winding up and an application for the appointment of official liquidator.
