CMS Info Systems reports 7% increase in Q4FY25 consolidated net profit at ₹97.6 cr

Revenue from operations nudged down about 1.27% to ₹619 crore (₹627 crore); Other income rose about 24% to ₹13.81 crore (₹11.16 crore in Q4FY24).

CMS Info Systems reported a 7 per cent increase in fourth quarter consolidated net profit at ₹97.6 crore against ₹91.4 crore in the year-ago period, amid robust increase in other income and a dip in revenue from operations.

The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of ₹3.25 per equity share of ₹10 and a special interim dividend of ₹3.00 per equity share of ₹10 each for FY25.

Revenue from operations nudged down about 1.27 per cent to ₹619 crore from ₹627 crore in the year ago quarter. Other income rose about 24 per cent to ₹13.81 crore (₹11.16 crore in Q4FY24). Total expenses declined 2.16 per cent to ₹504.26 crore (₹515.38 crore).

Rajiv Kaul, Executive Vice Chairman, Whole Time Director and CEO, CMS Info Systems said, “New order wins gained momentum crossing ₹500 crore for the quarter. FY25 has been a year of consolidation and modest growth, following three years of outperformance.”

“We maintained high PAT (profit after tax) margins (at 15.8 per cent), gained market share and expanded our addressable market in retail and Vision AI. With the order win momentum and industry consolidation, we aim for a 14-17 per cent services revenue CAGR over the next couple of years,” he added.
