Karnataka Bank Ltd has been awarded with ISO 27001:2013 certification by NQA, a UK-based accreditation certifying body. ISO 27001:2013 is a specification for an information security management system.
Ganesh Shastri, Director of the certifying body NQA, handed over the certificate to P Jayarama Bhat, Managing Director of the bank, in Mangaluru recently, according to a press release here.
