LVB cuts deposit rates

Lakshmi Vilas Bank has decided to revise the interest rate on domestic term deposits in select time periods from April 14. The rate on deposits in the 91-180 days’ time period is being revised downwards from 8.25 per cent to 8.10 per cent and those in the tenor of two years and above to up to five years from 8.9 per cent to 8.80 per cent. The bank has preferred to leave rates unchanged for all other time buckets.
