Muthoot Pappachan Foundation, the philanthropy division of the Kerala-based Muthoot Pappachan Group, on Friday said it has achieved a milestone of facilitating 1,000 free cleft-lip surgeries for poor and underprivileged children under its ‘Smile Please’ corporate social responsibility programme.
