State Bank of India has said that 29,176 ATMs of the bank are up and functioning and the rest expected to be operational by tomorrow.
Even while the bank has issued such a statement, none of the bank's ATMs or of any other were functional at the time of filing this report.
The footfall at bank branches, onlookers say is turning out to be unmanageable.
