TVS Capital Funds, on Friday, said it has reconstituted its board of directors appointing three new independent directors in place of three directors who are stepping down.
Shyam Srinivasan, former MD & CEO of Federal Bank, Subhasri Sriram, Managing Director & CEO of Shriram Capital, and Mithun Sacheti, Founder and former Managing Director of CaratLane, join as the new independent directors.
R. Thyagarajan has concluded his formal association with the Board after playing a foundational role in the investment firm. He will continue to guide TVS Capital as a ‘Mentor Emeritus’. Pradeep Kumar, Ex-MD and group executive, SBI, and Rajeev Gupta, founding partner, Arpwood Capital, are also moving on from active Board responsibilities.
