The Supreme Court will hear a special leave petition moved by Kingfisher Airlines (KFA) on Tuesday.
KFA had filed the special leave petition in appeal against the Calcutta High Court Order.
Kolkata-based United Bank of India has declared Vijay Mallya-promoted KFA as a wilful defaulter.
