The Centre for Financial Management under the department of finance will host a series of lectures by experts in finance management. State Finance Minister K. M. Mani will launch the series here on Monday, an official spokesman said.
The first lecture on global economic slowdown and crisis in public finance will be delivered thereafter. Alok Sheel, secretary to Prime Minister on economic affairs, will deliver this lecture.
V.P. Joy, Principal Secretary, Finance, will give the introductory address while Rajesh Kumar Sinha, Secretary, Finance, the welcome address.
