The Nitte-based Justice K.S. Hegde Institute of Management will conduct an executive development programme (EDP) in Mangalore on February 9.
Addressing presspersons here on Thursday, P.G. Aquinas, professor at the institute, said that the theme of EDP is: ‘Transforming executives into leaders: the essence of building effective organisations’.
He said that the programme is designed to provide skills and techniques to participating executives to improve their ways of looking at their organisations, and to improve their skills as future leaders.
N.K. Thingalaya, chairman of the Academic Council of Justice K.S. Hegde Institute of Management, will inaugurate the programme, he added.
