IMI organises annual management summit

The International Management Institute recently organised its three-day-long annual management conclave - Conventus at their Delhi campus with a theme 'Sustenance and growth in VUCA times.' 

The first day of the event was dedicated to discussion on Social Media. Some of the sessions held during the day include power to people, the dynamics of marketing strategies in VUCA times, and managing banking for a MODIfied India. 

Day two of the conclave witnessed an Operations, HR and IMAC Summit. Some of the panellists who attended the summit include Asha Bhanderker, Professor at IMI; Ranjit Singh, GM of Maruti; Amit Srivastava, Director CPG at American Express; Sanjeev Varghese of Imperial hotels; Moti Gyamlani, Director of Global Supply Chain, Airtel; and Neeraj Prakash, Sr Director at Oracle. The agenda for the event was Sustainability driven innovation.   

The Entrepreneur summit drew the curtains for Conventus 2014 on third day. The sessions during the summit focused on Economic Policy Reform: need of hour for corporate India and super entrepreneurship. 

The event was inaugurated by S.Y.Siddiqui, Chief Mentor at Maruti Suzuki India. Vinod Juneja, Managing Director of Binani Group was the guest of honour; and Rajeev Dubey, President – Group HR at Mahindra & Mahindra was present at the event as Chief Guest.
