Manipal College of Nursing of Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), in association with the University of the West of Scotland, and Alzheimer Scotland, will organise a symposium on ‘Advanced dementia’ in Manipal on Tuesday.
A press release said here that there is an immediate need to develop practical and theoretical understanding among practitioners, policy decision-makers and the public about advanced dementia, . It said the symposium will also include focus group discussion on challenges faced by care-givers.
