The Telangana Government has written to the Indian Ambassador in Nepal, Ranjit Rae, requesting him to check whether there are any pilgrims and tourists from the State left stranded due to the devastating earthquake.
The Chief Minister asked the Ambassador to take care of such pilgrims and provide temporary rehabilitation.
Expressing shock over the calamity, the Chief Minister asked the officials to get in touch with the Nepalese officials to ensure safe passage back for all the pilgrims and tourists from the State.
