The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is conducting searches at the Delhi and Noida home and offices of Dipak Puri and Ratul Puri of Moser Baer Solar Ltd, and other accused.
The searches are in a case related to the alleged loss of ₹787.25 crore incurred by Punjab National Bank and other banks, an official statement said.
A case was registered on a complaint from Punjab National Bank against Moser Baer Solar, the borrower company, and others, including its directors and other unknown persons and unknown bank officials, the statement added.
