More than two months after winning a popular mandate on December 11, the TRS government in Telangana will have a full-fledged Cabinet being sworn in on February 19.

Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao met Governor ESL Narasimhan on Friday to convey his decision to form the Cabinet.

Following this, the four-day vote-on-account Budget session of the Assembly will begin on February 22. Speculation was ripe till this morning that the Chief Minister himself might deliver the Budget speech in the absence of a Finance Minister.

On December 14, three days after clinching 88 of the 119 seats in the Assembly, Chandrashekar Rao was sworn in Chief Minister, keeping all but the Home portfolio, which went to Mohammad Mahmood Ali, Deputy Chief Minister, the only other Minister who took oath that day.
