HLL Biotech, a subsidiary of HLL Lifecare, has become the first public sector undertaking to launch cost-effective pentavalent vaccine (Pentahil) and Hepatitis B (Hivac-B) vaccine.
They will be made available initially in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, followed by other States. Lov Verma, Secretary, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, launched them in New Delhi on Friday.
