The promotion for the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2014 is gaining momentum as a delegation of industry leaders and experts visited some key locations in the United States to make a pitch for the upcoming event in Gandhinagar. On its week-long visit to the US to market Vibrant Summit, the delegation under the leadership of an IAS officer, Atanu Chakraborty included representatives from business houses including Rajeeva Sinha from Adani Ports, Nitin Shukla from Shell Hazira and Hemant Desai, Reliance Industries.
Academicians like Dr. Amit Kane from IIT-Gandhinagar and Dr M N Patel from Gujarat University also joined them. The delegation held networking meets with South Asian Business Alliance Network in Los Angeles and invited members of the LA business community to Vibrant Gujarat 2015. Among other places, the delegation also visited Boeing Company and invited its officials to the Vibrant Gujarat event.
