The Karnataka Government has notified that all police stations, except those designated for the special purpose by the Home Department, would be brought under the Karnataka Prevention and Eradication of Inhuman Evil Practices and Black Magic Act – 2017.
Also, the government has appointed all the police inspectors in charge as Vigilance Officers within their jurisdiction.
