Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah, today launched ‘ Kashmir Tribune’ , a daily special pull-out with the Tribune newspaper focused on in-depth coverage of issues faced by the State.
Omar launched the four-page pull out in the presence of Governor, N. N. Vohra, trustees of the Tribune Trust Justice (retired) S. S. Sodhi, Lt Gen (retired) S. S. Mehta and media personality Naresh Mohan and Editor-in-Chief of the Tribune group, Raj Changappa.
Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister said the launch of Kashmir Tribune has filled the information gap felt by people of the Valley due to the absence of a national newspaper.
