Sheela Balakrishnan, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Municipal Administration and Water Supply department will be the new Chief Secretary to Tamil Nadu Government, as per the State government’s order.
She will succeed Debendranath Sarangi, who is to retire as Chief Secretary on December 31.
