Noida-based real estate developer Prateek Group on Wednesday announced the launch of its new housing project called Prateek Grand City at Siddharth Vihar next to Indirapuram in Ghaziabad.
The upcoming township is spread across 40 acres on NH 24.
The group will offer 2, 3 and 4BHK homes starting from Rs 28 lakh and going up to Rs 63 lakh.
The township has been designed by architect Hafeez Contractor.
