Skyline Builders has won two awards at the CNBC Aawaz Real Estate Awarda 2012 for Kerala.
Skyline Imperial Gardens at Kaloor has been chosen as the best mid segment project in 100 per cent completed category and Skyline Ivy League at Kakkanad was adjudged the best mid-segment project among 70 per cent completed category.
P.A. Verghese, Senior Vice President of Skyline Builders, received the awards at a ceremony in Mumbai.
The Imperial Gardens also won the best Residential Apartment honour in non metro category at the Credai Real Estate Awards 2012 in September.
