Set up at an investment of ₹45 crore, the Signature Club Resort, operated and managed by Brigade Hospitality Services Ltd (BHSL), will be inaugurated in the presence of RV Deshpande, Karnataka Minister of Industries and Tourism.
Signature Club Resort is affiliated to 14 other clubs in India and Malaysia, and is open to memberships from corporate and retail customers, offering varying membership tenures of three, five and 10 years as well as life memberships up to 2060.
Target groups Verma said he is looking to make the Club a destination of choice for weddings and board meetings, corporate day outings, music concerts and cultural programmes.
“We have a sports stadium with seating capacity of 3,000 people that can host musical concerts and dance recitals, a dog park with an in-house vet – the first such park in Bengaluru and horse riding facilities,” added Verma. BHSL is a ₹48-crore Brigade Group company, involved in the setting up and management of hotels, serviced apartments, clubs, resorts and spas and convention centres.
