Chennai-based real estate development firm Golden Homes Pvt Ltd plans to expand to other cities, including Tiruchi, Coimbatore and Madurai. The company has done around 150 projects only in Chennai, said its Chairman and managing director Balsingh George.
“We are also looking at expanding in Bengaluru,” he told newspersons. George announced that his son Joel George is now ready to take over the baton from him.
Georger said the company’s latest project is providing plots, villas and flats in 23 acres in Old Mahabalipuram Road (near Tiruporur). He did not disclose the investment.
