The Chennai-based KG Developers has announced guaranteed rentals for buyers at KG Centre Point a residential project at Poonamallee.
It is located close to the proposed greenfield international airport, the Chembarambakkam lake and the industrial hub of Sriperumbudur, entertainment and educational centres.
According to a press release from the developer, KG has come out with “Guaranteed Rentals” for one year from the date of possession for those who book an apartment in KG Centre Point.
The developer will help customers to find a tenant through their brokers and get a rent of Rs 10 per sq. ft per month. The current rental rate in and around the area is as follows:
In Poonamallee the rents range from Rs 4,500 for a single bedroom apartment up to Rs 12,500 for a three bedroom unit. In Sriperambudur it ranges from Rs 4,500 to over Rs 13,000.
The 7.2 acres project consists of 644 apartments spread across 16 blocks and designed with 63 per cent open and landscaped space offering a host of outdoor activities to relax your mind.
There is Club House of 9,000 sq ft. complete with every lifestyle and recreation facility.
It offers one-BHK (studio) apartments of 515 to 540 sq. ft; two-BHK of 690 to 915 sq. ft; and 3-BHK of 1,055 to 1120 sq. ft.
Out of 16 blocks, seven blocks are under construction and will be delivered by September 2014.
