Puravankara Projects Ltd, a Bengaluru-based real estate developer, will change its name to Puravankara Ltd. The company, in a release to exchanges, said name change will come with effect from January 10.
The company has presence in Bengaluru, Kochi, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad and Mysuru, Mumbai and Pune. In all, the company has 21.72 million square feet of projects under development with additional 78.42 million square feet in projected development over the next few years.
