The Modi Government will make all efforts make the Ganga river clean and as pious as it was in the past with the theme Aviral Ganga Nirmal Ganga , said Uma Bharati, the new Minister for Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation.
Assuming charge on Wednesday, Bharati said the Government will work out a policy initiative for the rejuvenation of Ganga as well as the cleaning of other important rivers in the country.
