Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) has been awarded the “Best Standalone Convention Centre” for the year 2011-12 by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.
President Pranab Mukherjee presented the award to Peter Frawley, General Manager, Delegate Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and Hyderabad International Convention Centre, at the award ceremony held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.
The Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, annually presents National Tourism Awards to recognise and award the contribution of various players in the travel, tourism and hospitality industry.
