Venu Gopalakrishnan, Managing Director of Litmus7 Systems Consulting Pvt. Ltd in Kochi became the first Indian to take delivery of the Rolls-Royce Black Badge Ghost Series II. The on-road price of the vehicle is ₹16 crore.
The unveiling took place at a private function at Chakolas Pavilion, Kalamassery, where Hitesh Naik, General Manager – Sales, and Collin Elson, Sales Manager, Kerala handed over the keys to what is now one of India’s most coveted vehicles.
With its disruptive elegance and visceral performance, the Black Badge Ghost Series II is the most agile and technically advanced Rolls-Royce ever built for the daring and the defiant, said a press release.
The Rolls-Royce Black Badge Ghost Series II is powered by a 6.75-litre twin-turbo V12 engine, offering more power and torque. It features all-wheel drive, all-wheel steering, and advanced suspension for a smooth yet sporty ride—what Rolls-Royce calls “The Luxury of Agility”, the release said.
Inside, the car blends modern materials with expert craftsmanship. It includes carbon fibre details, a glowing black chrome clock, and personalized touches. The SPIRIT digital system and Whispers app provide easy connectivity, privacy, and control during every drive.
Venu Gopalakrishnan previously made headlines for securing the most expensive vehicle registration number in the country. He has reportedly paid to Kerala government an amount of around ₹46 lakh for his vehicle registration last month.
