Vodafone restoration in Odisha

Vodafone Idea Ltd (VIL) has revived nearly 90 per cent of its network in 10 affected districts of Odisha, which were impacted by Cyclone Fani. Over 2,600 sites are now operational in these areas. The company has managed to restore 85 per cent of broadband connectivity, enabling its 3G and 4G users to use data services. In Puri, which was severely affected by Fani, VIL team is working vigorously to expedite network restoration and has already completed connecting nine blocks in the district, it added.
