Grounded Lawmakers in South Korea passed tougher laws in January against unruly passengers, prompted by the nut-rage incident involving ChoHyun-ah, seen above in a file photo. Cho, the daughter of Korean Air Chairman, got into a rage after being served macadamia nuts in a bag, instead of ina bowl. She stopped the taxiing plane, to offload the steward who served it. Cho later served five months in jail
