My Five. Meditate at sunrise & pursue adventure sport bl-premium-article-image

1 I am a morning person, and my day starts at 4 am. I meditate as it helps me focus and concentrate. I then do yoga on my terrace and watch the sun rise; it fills me with positive energy.

2 Diet is the most important part of my fitness routine, and breakfast includes healthy items like sprouts, yoghurt, and salads. A healthy breakfast keeps you energised and attentive at work. I have boiled green vegetables, white meat and soup for lunch; dinner is light, with home-cooked food.

3 Mental health is just as important, and I always take time out for the family, where I keep work-related tension away and just enjoy the moment. My day ends with reading a good book.

4 I holiday regularly and like travelling to unexplored places. For me, travelling works like an energiser that drains out my tension and rejuvenates my mind and body.

5 I enjoy outdoor adventure to keep agile and for the adventure! My favourite outdoor adventure is Zip Line. Every weekend, I cycle at least 15-20km to keep fit. When I travel too, I undertake outdoor adventures like tracking, rafting and paragliding.
