1. One of the reasons we moved headquarters to Goa from Delhi was to have a better work-life balance and a healthy lifestyle. I have a new-found love for swimming which I am now able to pursue more. I try to make it a point to go to the beach every weekend and unwind with my family and friends.

2. In today’s fast-paced world, I definitely try to get about eight hours of sleep daily. I also wake up really early so that I can plan my day before I reach work.

3. I don’t believe in following strict diets but I think it’s important to be cognizant of what you’re eating and avoid skipping meals unless it’s part of a conscious dietary plan.

4. I have always been an avid reader and enjoy reading books on history, business and management, among others. Reading helps me relax and get some much-needed me-time at the end of a tough day.

5. Spending time with my daughter is the biggest stress buster for me. She keeps me on my toes always.
