The city-based Residency Projects and Infratech Ltd has appointed C.K. Vasudevan as Managing Director of the company for five years with effect from April 1.
RPIL has announced that the name of the company is being changed to ‘Valuemart Retail Solutions Limited’ subject to approval by shareholders.
The company plans to diversify into retail solution space and would offer B2C solutions, RFID solutions, Smartcards and Web based solutions for retail and financial services sector, it said in a release here today.
