Subramanya Construction & Development Co Ltd (SCDCL), a Bengaluru-based realtor, will set up a luxury resort in Maldives. The Oberoi Group would manage the resort. Both the companies have signed an MoU with the Government of Maldives to build the resort, Oberoi Group said.
In a statement, Oberoi Group said the investment for acquisition and development of the resort would be undertaken by SCDCL.
