Tata Steel said that it has appointed Mr Cyrus Pallonji Mistry and Ms Mallika Srinivasan as additional directors on the board with immediate effect.
Mr Mistry is the Deputy Chairman of Tata Sons Ltd. Ms Srinivasan is the Chairperson of Tractors & Farm Equipment Ltd, Chennai. Mr Mistry will succeed Mr Ratan Tata as Chairman of Tata Sons Ltd in December.
