A delegation headed by Joesph Nyuma Boakai, Vice President of Liberia (west Africa) recently visited Jindal Steel and Power Plant in Raigarh district, over 200 km from here, the company said today.
“The 11-member delegation visited the Jindal Steel and Power Plant at Raigarh town and Jindal Power Plant apart from visiting its coal mining facilities, OP Jindal Institute of Technology, OP Jindal Community College...,” said company spokesman Suyash Shukla.
The delegation included the country’s Labour Minister Samuel Kofi Woods, Chief of Staff Samuel A Stevquoch and Indian Ambassador to Liberia Upajit Singh Sachdeva.
