Fortis Malar has reported a 34 per cent rise in fourth quarter net profit (year-on-year) at Rs 2.7 crore. Total income grew 9.2 per cent to Rs 24.12 crore. For the year ended March 31, 2012, profits grew 42 per cent to Rs 7.72 crore. It posted a 14 per cent rise in total income for the year at Rs 95 crore.
